My name is Rick Bettencourt and I'm a native of the state of Maine, where I lived until 15 years of age. In 1995 we moved to Florida and began living the Florida lifestyle in central Brevard County before I  moved  to Vero Beach. 

Not only was it the charm of Vero Beach that drew me to Indian River County but also my lovely wife Selene. Her and I have built the most wonderful family here.  We're the proud parents of 2 amazing young ladies and 1 growing boy.  Our family is active in the community; attending art events, volunteering, dining at every restaurant in town and enjoying all of the other wonderful gatherings that the good people of Indian River County have to offer.
